Q: Do you accept insurance?
A. We accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC (BCBSNC), Aetna, Delta Dental Insurance, and UNUM Group plans, but not individual Medicare plans. We are happy to file insurance claims at time of service. Patients are responsible for services not covered by your insurance provider, which includes deductible and co-pays.

Q. What are your office hours?
A. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm. The office is closed for lunch between the hours of 1 and 2 pm. Please call 910.350.6944 for scheduling.

Q. Is there a Cancellation Fee for missed appointments?
A. Yes. Please read out Short Notice Cancellation Policy.

Q. I’ve lost my instructions for post-operative care. Is there a copy on this website?

Q. I’m a new patient and I have scheduled an appointment. Is there any way I can speed up the usual new-patient paperwork?
A. Yes, we’d rather spend more of our time with you on your dental care than on your paperwork, so we’ve made the medical history forms available once you create your online account. Online forms are available once we have you registered for an appointment and you provide us with a current email address. Shortly after this process, you will receive an email to register for online access to your forms. Click on any of the following links below to download that form.

Q. How I can ask the Doctor a question directly?
A. You can always give us a call. Even if Dr. Walker is not available immediately to answer your question, one of us will return your call quickly. You can also ask a question by emailing us. Either way, Dr. Walker will make sure you get the answers you need!
